Natalia Fedner is a Ukrainian born American multi-disciplinary artist, inventor, and designer. Fedner studied fashion design, specializing in textile design and haute couture techniques at Parsons School of Design in NYC and Paris. She invented a 6-way stretch metal textile in 2016 and received the patent for it in 2021. Originally used for her innovative wearable art fashions, Fedner started creating resin metal sculptures using the malleable textile in 2019. While Natalia Fedner’s name is mainly associated with her name-sake fashion brand and celebrity clients (such as Beyonce, Lenny Kravitz, and Shakira), she has spent the past several years developing and exhibiting her gravity defying sculptures throughout the USA. Fedner’s works have been featured in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Numero, Cosmopolitan and many other publications. Collectors of her works include Beyoncé, Lenny Kravitz and Retna. Her wearable art metal head piece for Beyoncé’s “Black is King” was included in Taschen’s “Ice Cold: A Hip Hop Jewelry History” art book.
